Private tours
A private guided tour in Danish or English costs DKK 1,000 kr. plus entrance fee (maximum 25 people per tour)
The tour takes approximately 50 minutes.
Cancellations must be done at the latest 48 hours before the tour.
Rent of premises
External rent of The Library Hall
The Library Hall can currently be rented exclusively on Mondays and Sundays.

Price per day: DKK 50,000
The price covers the following operating services: Setting up chairs, setting up the mini-stage, cleaning of the hall, bathrooms, foyer and kitchenette.
The renter must bring any lighting/sound, and any catering. If catering is wanted the University's canteen suppliers can be contacted – reach out for contact information.
Parking is not possible, but momentary unloading and loading can take place in port B (in the corner of Frue Plads and Fiolstræde).

Photography and video/TV recording
It is only possible to record on Sundays and Mondays.

It costs DKK 5,000 to record for a maximum of 4 hours, with a maximum of 6 people in the crew.
Parking is not possible, but momentary unloading and loading can take place in port B (in the corner of Frue Plads and Fiolstræde).
