Food and Drink

City Campus: Head to the basement lunchroom, where you'll find a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and both a coffee and snack machine for a quick refreshment. On sunny days, step out into the courtyard to enjoy your lunch in the open air.

Frederiksberg Campus: Here, you’ll find vending machines with water, snacks, and candy, along with a coffee machine for an easy pick-me-up. Just a short walk from the library, the Gimle cafeteria serves both breakfast and lunch. If you’re looking for something extra special, Café Væksthuset in the Agricultural University’s garden is open during the summer months—where the coffee is rumored to be particularly good.

North Campus: In the lobby, you’ll find a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cookers, and snack machines—all available for everyone to use. Just don’t forget to bring your own cutlery. You can also refill your water bottle at dispensers located throughout the library. If you're looking to grab a meal, Bistropol (Metropol’s canteen) and the Biocenter’s canteen are both within a 10-minute walk. Lunch is also available at the Mærsk Tower’s canteen for an additional option.

South Campus: Whether you're in the mood for a nourishing meal or a sweet treat, there are plenty of options nearby. The vegetarian canteen in KUA1, The Wicked Rabbit, is renowned for its falafels and vibrant vegetable buffet. In The Meeting Place in KUA2, you can recharge with affordable barista coffee and freshly baked cake. On a sunny day, treat yourself to delicious ice cream at Ismageriet. Plus, you’ll find a variety of grocery stores around the campus for quick essentials.
