Textual screenings of PhD theses

Copenhagen University Library collaborates with UCPH to screen PhD theses for textual similarity. Based on the screening, the library's staff assess whether there are possible cases of plagiarism or self-plagiarism in the thesis that need further investigation before it is sent for evaluation.

The purpose of this service is to contribute to ensuring that PhD theses at UCPH constitute original contributions to research and adhere to the principles of responsible conduct of research.
